I have many years experience in dealing with HM Revenue & Customs.  I initally started my carear in tax when i was 16 working for HM Revenue & Customs.  I started my own consultancy practice in 2000 which has gravitated towards almost a complete workload of dealing with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries.

I feel that i have a particular ability to work round problems and use laterial thinking to help everyone come to a agreeable settlement should the circumstances allow. Every problem has a solution its just a case of discovering the middle ground which allows everyone to settle.  I employ many strategic techniques when managing enquiries to ensure that i get the best result possible for my clients.  For example many agents will claim that they will deal with enquiries/investigations quickly and efficently.  However, experience teachs me that being quick does not always get you the best results. Its the overall strategy employed in the management of the enquiry which is important, not how quickly you make a response, or how quickly you hand over information.
