TCS Investigations via an accountant which we were acting for has achieved recent success in obtaining siginificant levels of Agricultural Property Relief on a Farmhouse.  This was a particular success when considering the Solicitor in the preceeding 12 months before our involvement had been consistantly denied relief. We have had success in this matter and others when defending the position against HM Revenue & Customs when they have been arguing "Character Appropirate" as a reason for denying relief.
